The Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation is an established 501(c)(3) foundation registered and maintained in the United States. The Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors that are comprised of American members of the Order of Malta , lay men and women. Two members of its board also serve on the hospital's board. The Board adheres to Bylaws in which they do not receive compensation for their time or skills.

The Foundation was organized in 1997, exclusively to generate and distribute funds for the operating expenses of Holy Family Hospital. It is through the generosity of others that we can care for the poor women and infants of the West Bank -- an annual operating cost of $3.6 million.

Donations are tax deductible according to current IRS guidelines.
