Healthcare for Women of All Ages in Bethlehem
Since 2010, Holy Family Hospital’s Well Woman Clinic has provided specialized care for women past childbearing age. As the only dedicated menopause clinic in the region, it was created to address healthcare needs that are often overlooked.
In 2025, 1,105 women presented themselves for care, including for cancer screenings and surgical and hormonal management of gynecological disorders. The Clinic offers outpatient colposcopy, diagnostic hysteroscopy and both invasive and laparoscopic surgeries.
In an effort to increase accessibility of regular gynecologic care and screenings, all visits to the Well Woman Clinic are free of charge. The clinic doctor also regularly accompanies the Mobile Outreach Clinic to reach women who cannot travel to Bethlehem.
Why the Well Woman Clinic Matters
Many women delay or go without preventive care because of the cost, transportation barriers, or a lack of available services. The Well Woman Clinic empowers women through education and healthcare.
Women learn what to expect leading up to and after menopause, are encouraged to prioritize preventative care, and recognize when to seek further treatment. Dr. Natalia, the head of the Clinic, meets with the patients, listening carefully to their symptoms and answering their questions.
